Erica is a former businesswoman who worked in the Executive Search industry before pursuing her passion for education. She earned her MSEd from Hunter College and taught elementary school on Long Island before founding WhizKidz Tutoring.
Driven by a commitment to building confidence in students, Erica created WhizKidz to help learners of all ages develop the skills they need to thrive academically and beyond.
As a mother of three school-aged children, she understands firsthand the challenges parents face in supporting their children’s education and is dedicated to making learning a positive and empowering experience for every student.

Lauren is an experienced early childhood and elementary educator with a passion for helping students succeed. She earned her MSEd from Adelphi University and has taught in Tribeca, Greenwich (CT), and Tarrytown.
Before transitioning to education, Lauren worked in human resources and the search/staffing industry. She also served as Board President of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to supporting children and families. Since 2020, she has provided small-group and one-on-one tutoring, guiding students toward academic success.
As a mother of three children, from middle school to college, Lauren understands the evolving academic needs of students at every stage. She brings her expertise in education and student placement to help families in Southern Westchester, Connecticut, and NYC find the right support for their children.

Brittany is a dedicated educator with a strong background in childhood and special education. She earned her dual MSEd from Mercy College and later obtained a second MSEd in Literacy from Hunter College. Brittany spent 10 years teaching Special and General Education in NYC and Westchester schools before transitioning to tutoring.
For seven years, she was a trusted tutor with WhizKidz, helping students build confidence and develop a love for learning. Now, as a Head Consultant, she uses her expertise to match families with the right tutors, ensuring that each child receives personalized academic support.
As a mother of two children who began their education during the COVID-19 pandemic, Brittany has witnessed firsthand the power of one-on-one and small-group tutoring in fostering motivation and academic growth. Leah and Joe are a married couple with two young children who understand the importance of personalized learning experiences. Leah earned her degree in Childhood Education and Humanities from Dowling College. She spent years working in finance before returning to her passion for education, helping families find the right support and enrichment for their children through WhizKidz.
Joe brings over 15 years of experience in sales coaching, financial planning, project management, and event coordination. He leverages his diverse skill set to guide families toward the best tutoring solutions for their children’s academic success.

Jenn is an experienced educator and former high school counselor with 14 years in the NYC Department of Education. She earned her MSEd in School Counseling from Hunter College and holds a permanent NY State school counseling certification (K-12). Jenn worked with both general and special education students, providing one-on-one and group counseling while specializing in college counseling and executive function support. She helped students develop organizational skills and learn how to self-advocate for success.
